Tonight are the 2016 James Beard Awards, taking place in Chicago. The event honors the top culinary talent across the country. This year, there is a special focus on the role of food in television. Also new this year is the “Design Icon Restaurant Award,” to be presented to the Four Seasons restaurant before it closes.
