WATCH: 80 Plates Contestants Can’t Figure Out How To Carry Coconuts

The remaining Around the World in 80 Plates cheftestants finally made it to Asia in last night’s episode. Unfortunately, Chiang Mai, Thailand was less than hospitable to a bunch of American tourists. Chefs had a significantly more difficult time finding locals who spoke English than they had previously in the European city challenges, and, blessedly, Jenna didn’t speak Thai.

Add to the language barrier that clues for The Course were written out in Thai and that cheftestants couldn’t seem to figure out the physics behind carrying a coconut yoke, and the result was several hundred cackling Thai women and some highly unamused, cranky Amurricans.
