GQ has the first part of Alan Richman’s Roast from last Wednesday up on their website, and there are parts that even I didn’t get to see in person.

Below, watch Richman describe himself as the world’s first metrosexual, as well as a slew of his celebrity chef roasters relate how hard it is to tell him that no, everyone doesn’t hate him. (They admit, though, that Richman will probably never believe that, because to some extent, it’s true.)
