Top Chefs Angelo Sosa And Kevin Sbraga Transition To Cruise Performers
Top Chef contenders boast a long and storied history of embarrassing post-TC career moves. Hey, we can’t all be Paul Qui and scoop up James Beard Awards immediately following our Top Chef win. But the transition from Top Chef to cruise ship performer is kind of a mortifying one.
Top Chef: Washington, DC winner Kevin Sbraga, and runner up (later All-Star) Angelo Sosa are evidently taking breaks from their respective restos, Spraga and Social Eatz, to perform cooking demos, conduct classes, and stand in for photo-ops in the fancy show kitchens aboard Holland America Line cruises as part of their Culinary Arts Center. They’ll be joined by food stylist Denise Vivaldo, entrepreneur Sonia Hunt, and chef Jonathon Sawyer on 15 different cruise ships as they wow the only tourists more embarrassing than those found in Vegas —- the cruise-takers.
Bon Voyage, boys!
