Created in Venice by Count Negroni (“actually his name!” Bourdain notes), the cocktail is strong, “dangerously powerful,” and incredibly simple to make. “Any chimpanzee can make this drink,” he says, and if he’s wrong and your Negroni turns out badly, feel free to fling your feces at him.
