Last night, Curtis Stone was on Conan to promote Around The World In 80 Plates, demonstrating how to roll your own fettuccine for a Tuscan pasta dish (because the next episode is set in Tuscany, see?), and make caipirinhas, which are also a totally classic Tuscan beverage. Wait, what?
