WATCH: Duff Goldman Will Take Revenge On TGIF For Ruining Korean Tacos

Not that Duff Goldman is knocking the wonderful creation that is Korean barbeque tacos, mind you, but the thought of seeing that culinary gem on the menu at T.G.I. Friday’s is “sad.” (His facial expression editorializes even more.)

“Isn’t that kind of weak?” he rhetorically asked New York Insider TV during a red carpet interview at the James Beard Awards. “Like, ‘Alright. They’re not cool anymore. Friday’s serves them.’”

“Maybe we should take back the tater skin!” he realized, which is seriously the perfect counteractive measure to the behemoth Friday’s taking awesome food and turning it into “eh” food. Watch him describe the perfect gourmet tater skin, then turn that into a real product and sell your New Tater Skins in a cool food truck! Instant food truck success.
