WATCH: Ferran Adria Reveals El Bulli Foundation At WIRED Conference
Okay, the world at large may have known about the El Bulli Foundation back in October, since Ferran Adria dramatically revealed it to humanity at large at the Wired UK conference last year. But today, the magazine finally published the video of that keynote speech, giving us an intimate glimpse at the new, innovation-sparking institution, due to open in 2014.
Notably, we’re greeted with a glimpse of the new Foundation’s campus: a constantly changing space that will evolve over time to meet the needs and interests of the students (literally, tables in a classroom rise out of the ground and turn into benches and stadium seating for soccer matches!), much like, Adria explained, a stage. Oh yes. Let’s do this.
