WATCH: And The Winner Of Hell’s Kitchen Season 11 Is…
Last night’s Hell’s Kitchen kicked off with Jon’s elimination, leaving us with an all-lady showdown for the two-hour finale. First, Gordon Ramsay tasked Mary and Ja’Nel with cooking a four-course meal before a live audience at Caesar’s Palace, judged by four familiar-looking guest chefs: Sang Yoon (Lukshon), Homaro Cantu (Moto), David Lefebvre (Manhattan Beach Post), and Douglas Keane (Cyrus). (Jeffrey Frederick, the Vice President of Food and Beverage for Caesar’s Entertainment, served as the challenge’s tie-breaking judge.)
The reason Sang and Douglas look familiar is because they just so happened to be in Vegas also taping the current season of Top Chef: Masters. Cross-promotion! Check out parts one and two of the guest-judging below.
Then, it was back to Hell’s Kitchen in Los Angeles for one last service, with a brigade made up of Ja’Nel and Mary’s former competitors. After much assertive expediting, Gordon finally crowned Ja’Nel Witt the winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 11, which makes her the new head chef of Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill in Caesar’s Palace, raking in a $250,000 a year salary.
