Jamie Oliver Is Bringing ‘Italian-Inspired’ Muffulettas To UK Drug Stores

Jamie Oliver is slowly infiltrating every aspect of your daily life, like a culinary kudzu: first, you see his restaurants on every corner; next, his big ol’ English head yammering on the television; now, on the very sandwiches you eat for lunch.
The Telegraph reports that Oliver has partnered with British drug store Boots on a line of sandwiches and snacks called Jamie Does Lunch. Boots is pitching it as the first “deli-inspired” lunchtime range (it will include sandwiches, salads, wraps, and dips starting at £1.95, or approximately $3 USD) in the UK and specifically touts “an Italian-inspired sandwich called the ‘Muffuletta’.”
