¡Feliz Cumpleaños, Jose Andres!
Today Jose Andres turns 43! Can you believe it? He’s been around since the Apollo 11 moon landing, and has done some pretty awesome stuff in that time, like working for Ferran Adria at El Bulli, operating a sizeable restaurant empire in DC and Los Angeles, catering for presidents, dancing on tables, and single-handedly securing Spain’s victory in the 2010 World Cup by appeasing a prognosticating octopus. (Therefore, Jose Andres saved Spain’s national spirit during a time of crisis. You’re welcome, Spain.)
But despite the endless wine bottles / free food / tickets to soccer games he could receive, Andres has only one wish from his fans:
It would be great to get to 100000 l kFollowers on mybirthdayjuly 13!!!

And who doesn’t like to see Jose Andres happy? Go do it.
