For centuries, thousands of Catholic pilgrims travel by foot along the Camino de Santiago, or the Way of Saint James, to visit the cathedral reputedly housing the Apostle’s tomb on the coast of Spain. This year, famous Spanish chef José Andrés undertook the ancient pilgrimage, beginning in Astorga and ending in the port of Finisterre in Galicia.
