‘Tis the season of holiday cheer. Thus, we must admit, we melted a little at Josh Capon’s spirit of giving. The Chew crew featured a young family today who was stuck hosting their first Christmas on their own, since their parents’ home was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. What’s a mom with a toddler and newborn twins to do? Never fear, Josh Capon is here to teach you how to feed your family with a huge hunk of meat!

He surprised them at their New Jersey home, and got both Mom and Dad into the kitchen to learn how to whip up a crowd-pleasing roast, while a few other experts spruced up their home with decor and alcohol. Check out the clip below. As always: the cute babies are a total bonus.
