Tonight in Food TV: Knife Fight Sets Multiple Fires in Ilan Hall’s Kitchen

Turns out that when you eliminate rules from a cooking competition, chefs devolve into a bunch of pyros. On tonight’s Knife Fight, in a showdown between Chris Oh and Wes Lieberher, Wes purposefully sets an oil fire in a stock pot and leaves it on his opponent’s prep station to mess with his head. Because that’s how Philly do?

Later, in a battle Manilla clams between Timothy Abell and Neil Shuman, pans filled with Jameson catch fire (accidentally this time), but Ilan Hall couldn’t care less because he’s about to get whiskey clams. Jealous?

Check out a sneak peek of tonight’s Knife Fight below, and tune into Esquire Network at 9pm to catch a new pair of cook-offs.
