After a salmon-and-sourdough fail on last night’s Top Chef: Seattle, Tom Colicchio challenged the two competitors facing off in Last Chance Kitchen to cook another fish dish using the same methods as the Alaskan frontiersmen: an open flame — and that’s it.
Both Kristen and Lizzie quickly began composing big pots of fish stew, and Tom uncharacteristically gobbled up so much of Lizzie’s final dish that he went back for seconds.
