Danny Bowien Is Courting Paris For Next Mission Chinese Food Location
According to the November issue of Food Arts, which has yet to be released, Danny Bowien is apparently scouting out Paris as his latest pick for a new Mission Chinese Food location. Well, we suppose since the New York opening caused a minor frenzy, including a book deal from Anthony Bourdain, that Paris might be ready. They do burgers and food trucks now (in case you haven’t heard)! They can handle a little kung pao pastrami.
Danny will reportedly visit around New Year’s to scope out potential spaces. Would you dine at a Parisian Mission Chinese? (Or a British Shake Shack, for that matter?)
