NYPD Cop Arrested For Plotting To Kidnap And Eat Over 100 Women
A six-year veteran of the New York City Police Department was arrested today on charges that he plotted, with disturbingly meticulous detail, to kidnap and eat over 100 women.
Though Gilberto Valle never did follow through on those plans, a criminal complaint filed against him today revealed that he had discussed “plans to kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat body parts of a number of women” over e-mail and instant messages, according to The Sun.
Having used his access to police databases to find the names and addresses of nearly 100 women, many of whom he had met in person, Valle not only discussed with acquaintances how he planned to roast his women alive (“[My oven] is big enough to fit one of these girls if I folded their legs”), but also offered to kidnap a woman and deliver her to a presumed rapist for $5000.
When the FBI stormed his house this morning, reports The Sun, they found that he’d been in the middle of editing a document entitled ”Abducting and Cooking (victim 1): a Blueprint”.
In a statement, FBI acting assistant director Mary E Galligan said that “the allegations in the complaint really need no description from us…It would be an understatement merely to say Valle’s own words and actions were shocking.”
