I simply can not stand Michael Ruhlman having watched him on any number of shows and networks. He should have recused himself on the Food Networks season of “Next Iron Chef” as he was friends with and delighted in Michael Simon s food…but seemingly refused to do so.

His cocked presence on any number of shows does nothing to educate or inform others on the subject matter, but seems to revel in being a “know it all”. Now [some of my best friends] are know it all’s, but Micheal’s tenor is what puts it over the top.

So I will tune into the new season of Antony Bourdain’s travel and food show, but I will remember to ear my bib when I watch the Las Vegan episode…
