Rachael Ray BBQs At The White House With Michelle Obama And Bo
Next Week On The Rachael Ray Show, Rachael Ray is taking a Very Special Trip to the White House, where she’ll traipse around a garden, interview Bo, our nation’s favorite hypoallergenic fluffy pillow with four legs, and barbecue some vegetables with her BFF, the First Lady!
Michelle Obama’s first book, American Grown, will be released next week and she’ll be junketing around television promoting it for the next week. As part of her Let’s Move! anti-obesity campaign, she’ll be making an appearance later next Thursday with Ray to talk about her own experiences with improving her family’s diet, how American families can make changes to their own lifestyle, and grill the crap out of some poor innocent vegetables straight from the White House Gardens.
It’s not her first time hanging out with Ray: Obama’s been interviewed on the show before, and has worked closely with her in other events to promote healthy eating nationwide.
There’s a video preview on the show’s website (which we can’t embed here, how sad), but it looks like something we’ll probably blog about when it airs. Also, we hope that Rachael Ray brings a giant tortilla and wraps the First Puppy in it… so she can make a “Bo Ssam”! Ha HA! See what we did there? David Chang, watch yo self.
