WATCH: Rachael Ray Feeds Puppies Seriously Fancy Food On GMA
Did you know that Rachael Ray makes dog food called Nutrish? And did you know that she, in fact, loves puppies so much that she makes her dog food to human standards? As in humans could eat Rachael’s dog food? And that on top of that, 100% of the proceeds off her dog food brand goes to animal rescue, which means she’s donated in the neighborhood of $4 million to the cause? We didn’t either.
But she joined the GMA team this morning to dish about all of the above and on recently teaming up with the ASPCA. Along with bringing cute pups to show off, she graciously brought along some people food, too. Check out the clip below to see the Italian salsa Rachael and her hubs chowed down on while in Italy for their wedding — you can apparently put on anything (“ANYTHING!”) — an heirloom tomato salad, and (because it’s Rachael, it’s summer, and, in case you been living in a cave, the Book of Burger is out) a broccoli rabe patty melt (which actually sounds kind of delish, so we’ll let the relentless plugging slide).
