Richard Blais’s Head Is An Avant Garde Delicacy, According To His Book Cover
Richard Blais has a cookbook coming out! Try This At Home has its own preorder page on Amazon, and a foreword by Tom Colicchio, and all sorts of cool recipes and things (we believe), but today he tweeted out the book’s very essential cover.
With the suggestion that Blais’s head pairs well with a pinot noir and benefits from some freshly ground pepper, we learn that not only is his head the container for his massive brain, the support structure for an architecturally complex faux-hawk, and an excellent doormat for children, but also quite suitable as a dinner option. Is that basil or parsley gelee on the plate? We wonder how that tastes with hair pomade.
Okay, we’re gonna stop there before this starts getting all Hannibal Lecter up in here. But daaaang, his head is like a Swiss Army Knife, it has so many applications.
