We don’t know who was running Homaru Cantu’s Moto in Chicago when both sous chef Chris Jones and chef de cuisine Richie Farina were competing on Top Chef: Texas, but Richie’s back, and serving either the world’s most precious molecular dessert, or the world’s most complicated cookie dough, served in a mixing bowl with only a spatula to dig it out and stuff your face with. Blah blah, there’s a complex, impressive venison thing, too, but look at that tiny spatula!
