The Best Celeb Chef Recipes For Your Grammy Awards Party

Everyone thinks they love awards season, and then the shows are all boring AF. Unless someone gets wasted at the Golden Globes and does something stupid or Kanye West pulls a Kanye West, it’s a lot of thanking mom and dad, mostly un-funny presenters, and stuff about movies you haven’t seen and TV shows you don’t watch.

The Grammy Awards are decidedly less boring because the performances are many, and they’re good. Tonight is extra special because the cast of Hamilton will be doing their opening number. In celebration, you could throw The Ultimate Hamilton Dinner Party, though to be fair, if this is your thing you’ve probably already done it. Or, you can make a smorgasbord of appetizers, open wine, and invite friends over for the show. Here are some great celebrity chef approved recipes:

Giada De Laurentiis’ Grilled Mini-Club Sandwiches

Everyone loves sandwiches, and everyone also loves being noncommittal with their apps. Bonus? They’re super portable.

Alton Brown’s Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

If you only have 15 minutes to get it together, make this dip. It’s easy, delicious, and it has spinach in it so it’s “healthy.”

Guy Fieri’s Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls

For when you want your party to go to Flavortown.

Tyler Florence’s Ultimate Guacamole

For when regular old guacamole just won’t do.

Bobby Flay’s Chicken Skewers

Ina Garten’s Peanut Swirl Brownies

Because you have to finish with a Barefoot Contessa dessert.
