Three Famous Daniels Celebrate Daniel Humm’s Birthday

Eleven Madison Park chef Daniel Humm turned 36 last night, which is sort of freaky when you consider that he’s already garnered three Michelin stars and seven New York Times stars. (What have you done with your life?) So what if Pete Wells dinged your menu for not being authentically New Yorkish? It’s your birthday and you can do what you want, because you’re talented and fabulous. Treat Yo Self. We see that he already did last night with Daniel Boulud and sommelier Daniel Johnnes.
