WATCH: Anthony Bourdain Gets Mistaken For Andrew Zimmern And Is Served Chicken Testicles
The first episode of the last season of No Reservations airs on Monday, September 3rd and in it, Anthony Bourdain is whisked off to Austin for some barbecue, garnished with tweezer cuisine. But this is not your normal barbecue. This is Austin, and Austin has been kept weird since 2000, so naturally, the barbecue comes with chicken testicles.
And while Bourdain is adamant that he’s not that other guy on the Travel Channel who does that weird food thing, he raises a good question: why are chicken testicles larger than the actual chicken on the plate? Why do chicken even have testicles? Why do fools fall in love?
