Last night, Christina Tosi went on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in advance of Valentine’s Day, and just in case you couldn’t make it over to the Momofuku Milk Bar to buy things for your loved one, she demo’d two recipes that you could easily make at home: fruity boozy milkshakes, and chocolate cake truffles. In related news, Questlove apparently loves Milk Bar goods so much that he starts daydreaming whenever he thinks about wrapping his mouth around sweet, soft chocolate cake balls covered in malted milk.
