Jimmy Fallon may or may not be obsessed with Batman, especially since The Dark Knight Rises is being released this weekend. Not even the special relationship between Fallon and the Momofuku Empire could get Batman off his mind, as evinced by last night’s segment when he had Booker and Dax’s Dave Arnold on the show. Arnold, whose bar is attached to Momofuku Ssam Bar, is renowned for wildly inventive cocktails which mix molecular gastronomy with very traditional alcohol recipes. But as he lit cocktails on fire and splashed liquid nitrogen everywhere, Fallon still managed to turn it into an imaginary fight between ~~Mr. Freeze~~ “Ice Man” and Batman.
