WATCH: Three-Star Michelin Restaurant To Perform A ‘Culinary Opera’
This might be one of the most creative culinary events we’ve seen, and of course, it comes from Spain. El Celler de Can Roca, which boasts three Michelin stars, has joined forces with artist Franc Aleu to produce “Somni,” which they’re dubbing a “culinary opera” and will include, among other things, video screens, robots, card games, and CG images projected onto the table. Pop some shrooms and watch this teaser video, because that might be the only way to experience the surrealness of Somni short of being there (each seating only serves 12 people).
