CBS has yet to invent a time machine, but for now, they’ve asked famous personalities and innovators to write letters to their younger selves. The life advice that Grant Achatz gives his adolescent self — a dishwasher at “a tiny restaurant, in a tiny little farming town in Michigan” — is pretty damn inspiring, considering what he became and what he overcame. “People will tell you you don’t have what it takes,” he warned. “And right now, you don’t…you don’t have what it takes right now. But you will.”
