Last week, Tom Colicchio made an appearance at the Clinton Global Initiative‘s Health Matters conference, along with other luminaries like Deepak Chopra, New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, and Bill Clinton and daughter Chelsea. (Hillary was probably in the hospital somewhere with her brain marinating in Benghazi.) But Colicchio’s perspective, focusing on the food system, is damning. “Can we really be healthy,” he asks rhetorically, “when the system which we use to produce food is not healthy and is broken?” The answer, as seen below in a video from MyDesert.com, is far more complex than a simple “no”.
